Doesn't feel like a single conversation

When I refresh the page, attachments that I had attached disappeared.

It doesn't feel like a chat conversation with an assistant. It feels like each time I send a message, a new instance of the model is responding (based on the reasoning it displays).

Each time the model responded, it had to re-reason that this was a content-creation request, even though it had already made that choice in a previous response.

The conversation feels very broken up and disjointed.
