Janky UX but powerfully good output

I just tried Spiral for 2 different projects. In both cases, I was deeply impressed with the eventual output and what a fabulous job it did to write more authentically in 2 different voices. However, in both chats I experienced several different moments when the bot would do it’s thinking and then say it was ready to write, but then it would hang up. When I would ask if it was still there, it would say it was waiting on answers to questions that it hadn’t always asked me. Not exactly sure what is going on technically, but would love for this to get figured out. I want to use this system more!
