let me name the threads :)

Currently, Spiral auto creates a thread name based off of the context in which you're talking to them, and then will rename this later as the conversation changes. This drives me a bit nuts! I would love the ability to just name my own threads and be able to save certain threads and delete others, because I'm going back to reference old threads and it can get very confusing when it is something totally different and not what I'm expecting or looking for.
