My account has stopped responding

I’m in the middle of a writing session and when I enter prompts, nothing happens. No thinking or action visible, nothing. I’ve refreshed and relogged in, tried again a few times and nothing happens. I don’t want to start a new sessoin as i’ll loose the context of what I have been working on
