Nothing saved to History

I worked on an essay yesterday which I tried to return to today (as Spiral seemed to get stuck in a loop after a while - I can elaborate on this if necessary) but there was nothing in my history enabling me to go back to the chat. Today I had to start all over again but decided to copy & paste my draft into another app (not ideal) every time I made changes in case I lost everything again. It’s lucky I did as after taking a break I accidentally clicked on another workspace, & when I went back, the chat was gone, and there is still no history. I can’t even give you the link to the chat as it all disappeared.
