A few hours ago the screen size changed and I can’t work properly anymore

A few hours ago the screen size changed and I can’t work properly anymore

The screen size is working only, if I turn the phone sideways, when I turn on the phone sideways, I can see the whole text on the page, if I rotate it upright,I can only see half of the text and I cannot move it from one side to another.

It’s kind of stuck

right now I can’t do anything anymore, because of the screen size

It’s very strange, that while writing this message, the size is OK

Any thoughts on this?
