Sorry, please try again, gets stuck all the time

Since start of the week it has become basically unusable.
I’ve been trying to make a Press release with spiral, just the drafts. Sometimes it gives me Feedback that it is going to create content now. nothing happens. I can sometimes see the thought process but it does not execute anything. “Sorry, there was an error processing your message. Please try again." across multiple chat sessions, even after waiting a day, starting fresh, and reloading the page.

that last one was yesterday. it went on and on like this.
