Spiral is not working

When I first started using Spiral it was working very well. Now, every single writing assignment is not completed. If there are restrictions on how many writing assignments, I give to Spiral that would be helpful. At least I can adjustment my writing requests and go back to when Spiral was able to finish a writing assignment.
