Stuck loading/connecting

I’ve tried to use Spiral multiple times today to work on a project and I keep getting stuck at “loading” or “connecting” - it moves between the two. Regardless of the verbiage, nothing happens. I’ve tried prompting again. I’ve tried clearing cache and history. I’ve tried shutting everything down and starting over. Still stuck.
